I found this lovely recipe on pinterest (where else!) and tried it out last week. And I loved it!
It’s great to add to an entree or just for a snack. Usually I come home from work and want a little after-school snack – and this was a perfect option. Not only was it easy but it was healthy!
As summer progresses and we all have zucchini’s bursting from our garden’s this could be a great way to use them up!
